Great property. For the crowd not looking for loud or a crazy environment. Large spacious suite, very comfortable beds, clean. great pool area. outside grounds around all of the villa's, public areas, pool etc., are very well maintained. I observed a large amount of ground and cleaning personnel constantly looking for anything out of place. picking up any little bit or trash, emptying the garbage cans, cleaning the windows on the public levels. Just really impressed with this. Tells me they care about how the property presents itself. Also, a large amount of security all over the property. They do not allow vagrants wander around anywhere on the property from the street. The concept is unique. Instead of a large tower (As with almost all Vegas properties) the property is split up into multiple villa buildings. This makes parking super convenient. You park next to your assigned villa and it's a short walk inside and up to the room. No wandering from a parking structure, through a casino and a half mile down a hall to your room. I would stay here again without a doubt. No need to be in the mix of the chaos on the strip. If you wish to go to the strip, just a few block walk down Flamingo. You are in line with the Caesars Palace for location.

I loved that although this hotel was off the strip it was close enough to walk to it or take a quick uber/lyft to the strip. My room was so big and towards the end. One downside to being in the back on the L building is that you have the Grand Prix Plaza next to it and Thursday night was so loud hearing the cars. Luckily it all stopped at 10pm. Other than that, the area was quiet, super clean and the property has a casino and several restaurants you could easily grab a bite to eat. The Sphere is also very close, a quick 15 minute walk.

Never a complaint when staying here! Rooms are spacious, with a great value. Beds are super comfy. Housekeeping does a wonderful job cleaning as well. Being a coffee addict I enjoy the fact that they have the Keurig machines in the room. Bathrooms are luxurious. Location is convenient...right off the Strip, but not far enough you have to travel. It's actually walkable, so you aren't right up in with all the tourists and whatnot. Nice, quiet location. It's always our go-to spot when going to or through Vegas.

5 stars for the gym. It is a spacious, clean, beautiful facility. Pub 365 gets a low score for extremely slow and disorganized service around 6pm when they switch shifts, and for the quality of the food. Tried twice, and was disappointed twice.

The room is huge! We’re so happy to have an extra space in our room. Some of the properties are not new and need to maintain but still ok. The pool is nice with music, I don’t recommend someone who wants to spend at the pool quietly. There are some dining options which are good. It is not hard to walk to Strip but I don’t want to do it again in summer.
