Book a hotel near Lockport Country Club, Lockport

"We have been to this location many many times. It is close to SUNY Buffalo, it has a good breakfast and nice rooms. The staff in the front desk with the exception of a couple of people are just standing there, never say hello and unwelcoming. But overall good hotel so we come often. But this time I was upset enough to write a review. We stayed there three nights. the sign in the bathroom clearly says that the rooms are cleaned every other day which is fine. on the end of the second night we came back from our day and found that it wasn't cleaned and when we called downstairs they said that we needed to have asked for it. No apology no accommodation nothing. Never was that ever stated to usand that was a big letdown so we asked for towels an hour later we still hadn't gotten them so we have to ask again. We were we were very disappointed with the minimal service"

"The hotel itself was definitely something to see. Beautifully designed, and you can tell a lot of thought was put into it. The rooms were your typical hotel room, slightly outdated, but still very functional. The issue we had was with the key cards/door access. We went thru 5 keys before we finally gained access to our room - and we weren’t the only guest with that issue. The front desk staff member handled the frustrating situation wonderfully, never losing her cool with any of the guests, despite the later hour and how many of us were experiencing the same issue. In the morning when we checked out, our room was flagged and we were given a discount for our troubles - again the staff was beyond pleasant and apologized profusely for our inconvenience. Quick note to add - the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on and I woke up with zero back pain."

"Impeccably clean motel with historic vibes. The owners were incredibly friendly and I would recommend this one place to anyone in the area !"

"The evening staff did not inform me that we had to reserve the shuttle. Fortunately, the morning staff was able to get me on an early shuttle."
