Great hotel, staff is phenomenal.

I wish I could give this hotel five stars. The room itself, once we got in, was phenomenal. Modern, clean and beautiful. However, the reason I am giving this a three star review is because upon arriving at the hotel at check-in time which was 3 PM, we were told our room wasn’t ready. So we went and sat in the bar and had a complementary drink. At 4 o’clock we checked again. It wasn’t ready. We had plans that evening, and had nowhere to get ready or put our bags. Our room still wasn’t ready until 6 PM. It was a super inconvenience. The staff were great, and although it screwed up our evening’s plans, the hotel is still fabulous. We would probably stay there again.

I loved the heated bathroom floors! The atmosphere and overall vibe were wonderful, and the red carpet/VIP entrance made the experience feel special and memorable. While it is on the pricier side, the stunning location and unique touches made it worthwhile.

The property was fantastic. Very convenient that it is adjacent to the factory. The only unpleasant experience was having the fire alarm go off multiple times throughout the night. My son was absolutely terrified being startled awake throughout the night

Wow what a gem!! Went with my mom and two young daughters and had a great time. Genius design because that area of London is kind of ugly and industrial, but the way they designed it is that you have everything you need within the hotel and 100 Kellogg Lane at which the hotel is located (old Kellogg factory). So you really don’t have to step foot outside the grounds and you don’t see it from the pool area. The pool is unreal and the hot tub. Kids loved it and the built In stereo system and changing lighting in the pool. Rooms were well designed and clean and modern. Definitely recommend!

Couples Getaway

Room was very nice but not soundproof. Stayed in the Classic. Children crying could be heard throughout the night. Glad I brought earplugs. The hotel is beautiful and there is a lot to do on the premises. Food at Sessions was not good but Liam our server was amazing.

The Hard Rock Hotel in London, Ontario is beautiful. The hotel is spotless and kept so clean. The hotel staff are all so helpful and friendly. Our room was beautiful and so quiet. Our room was huge. There was so much room unit. Thr bathroom was so beautiful and very spacious. We are planning to return in the fall. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing family staycation
