Poor customer service during crazy flight situatio

Can not really review the facility since I did not get a chance to show up for my reservation due to technical issues at airport ticketing system which I was not able to board my flight at gate due to they could not see the ticket and boarding pass in system even thought it was present . Was a pretty horrific experience . Reached out to hotel immediately to advise crazy situation unfortunately they would not grant a courtesy to move the stay to next day for me . So I was not only paying for a room in USA due to airlines fault why the figure out how to rebook but also paying for hotel in Europe. Service wise not customer friendly. No sympathy to my family crazy ordeal so I canceled the other reservation could with them further out due poor customer service and unsympathetic customer experience . Hilton not it . I will stick to my Marriott hotels for better service and acknowledge Bonvoy status during these types situations.

Excellent hotel

The amenities in the room were brilliant; clean, tidy and things like an alarm clock next to the bed and plugs both sides of the bed! Simple but well thought through. Breakfast was self service, with a great range of choice, and a waffle maker! Loved it. Easy to park and 6 mins walk to tube station.
