Such a pleasant surprise for an airport hotel. Great bed, perfect deep bath after two weeks of crazy travel. Nice staff and 10 minutes to Heathrow. Will definitely stay here again.

Great spot to overnight before a flight. The restaurant was fantastic and well priced. The service, especially the host and Nico our server, were top notch. The attention they provided for food allergies were like nothing I've ever experienced. 5 stars aren't enough. The area isn't great for outings but that isn't what we were there for so we didn't care. The hotel made sure we didn't need to leave for what we needed anyway. Well done, Premier.

My wife and I stayed here so that we could be close to Heathrow for our early morning flight. Check in was effortless and our room was amazing. Bus transportation to and from the airport was available - even in the very early morning. We ate at the restaurant and have no complaints about the quality of the food. I would recommend staying here.

Economical transportation to the airport met us at the hotel. While we chose not to go back into downtown London due to the weather, Had we wanted to a local underground station was just blocks away. The cost for services compared to competitors was attractive.

The rooms were really clean and spacious. Fairly quit for an airport hotel. The tub in my room took almost an hour to drain after the shower (reported). There is an ‘ambient’ light behind the headboard. When I turned it off it blinked every 15 seconds ALL NIGHT (also reported). Nice hotel but ask not to stay in room 11 if you want a shower or sleep.
