The only issue we had was no bus service to Heathrow. We took it for granted that this would be available, but we had to get an expensive Uber. This isn't the hotels fault apparently. Heathrow cancelled this a year ago and they need to put it back in service. They are making lots of money charging 6 pounds for each car/uber/taxi that drops off travellers!

Poor Stay

Check in was good but the property is dated. There is an old style heating and cooling fan kind of thing in the room. The room was freezing when I checked in. No USB at in the room, no charging point or light switches on night stand. The walls are either paper thin or not sound proofed. One could hear everyone in the corridor and then the cleaning or maintenance guys started banging doors at 5:45am. I had a very disturbed night. Check out the state of the room - ceiling has a big open patch, stained night stand and desk. It felt like I was staying in a road side B&B and not a Sheraton, where I paid over $150

Perfectly good hotel to stay in the night before a flight. Convenient for the bus to Heathrow just across the road. Very comfortable bed and good bathroom. The rooms are very tired looking but the price was good and we were only there to sleep so it wasn’t a problem. Reception staff were delightful.

Hotel used for travelling to the rugby! Stay was ok, ate at the hotel in the evening but beds could be more comfortable. Decor is very dated and in need of modernising.

Just love this hotel….

Great service as usual. Reception staff helpful and professional. Room spacious and clean albeit slightly dated. Lovely coffee at Starbucks in foyer. Very competitive deal for parking whilst we are on our holiday.

Perfect stopover

Perfect overnight stop before flying never stop anywhere else. Breakfast very filling £16 day before or £21 on day. Deluxe rooms are the best lots of room. Staff are all great. Highly recommend

The stay was nice. The room is abuy older but well maitained. The bathroom needed some repair to the wooden bathtub panels and the back of the bathroom door was either dirty or needed a coat of paint. The hotel services were nice as well as the front desk and restaurant staff. I would stay at yhe hotel again. I stayed in room 2017.

I thought I was going back in time, the corridors looked outdated, and old, but the room was nice bright and modern. And the breakfast was really good and tasty
