This was my second time here. The rooms are clean and updated, but maybe it was the area of the room, but we heard every single noise outside and above us. It was very disruptive. Next time I'd ask to be up on the second floor.

Every thing was fabulous from stuffing to the whole service. On top of that ,they upgraded me for water view for no extra fee and they have free parking.

Best SFO airport hotel yet. We've stayed at many of the SFO hotels, and we have a new favorite. The hospitality and amenities were excellent. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. My son enjoyed the pool. We all enjoyed the restaurant. We'll be back!
