Needs improvement.

Terrible old fashioned mattress. Woke up sore every morning. I had a lot of trouble with the door lock every day but the staff was very gracious but had to keep reissuing my key card. Great staff. Good breakfast. This hotel needs to upgrade their mattresses. Also the bathroom lighting was awful.

Everything was wonderful until check out. Housekeeping said we had a dog in our room and charged us $75.00. We had been gone the entire day over 12 hours on Saturday. We had no pets at all and it took us going back in with our grandchildren’s stuffed animals

My stay was excellent. Very happy, kind, professional people working hard. The rooms were very clean and I love the way they make the beds and are very attentive making sure my room had clean towels. Pool area is great! The only thing is maybe a little update to the fitness area but it did have everything for a little work out.

The entrance seemed to require lugging our things up some stairs, however, there was an elevator for the half floor flight creating easy access. The woman at the desk gave very clear explanations for parking in the back to get in. Such a lovely welcome. Gym was good. The breakfast was delicious with several options.

Moldy mildew

1st room they put me in was like a basement. Smelled strongly of mildew. Moved to another room on 2nd floor. A bit better, but still smelled like moly mildew. Both bathroom fans sounded like a roller coaster going off the tracks. So loud!
