Hotel trash. Never again will I take my kids there. Air conditioning was not working in our room. We call front desk two times. Somebody at the front desk stated they got a complaint saying we had a pets in our room. OK we didn't have no pets. We was just coming from a cruise. We seen people in the pool, so we change our clothes got in the pool for like 30 mins then the "manger" said the pool is closed. No visible signs posted., stating that the pool is closed by the state.after she told me and my baby to get out of the pool. Her self, and some staff members begin posting signs around the pool fence. The sink faucet was broken and handle to flush was broken.

Thank you for your feedback, im sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, our pool was indeed closed by the city as of July 21st. A sign was posted by the city but being that it is paper, with the rain it was damaged. Hence the GM had to go outside and put some copies up to make guest aware it cannot be used for the moment.

The property was filthy. i have pictures and am planning on filing a complaint. Broken tiles, dirty light switches, hairs on shower floor, a broken shelf above the bathroom sink the crack filled with dirt. I have never experienced such a place and if I wasn't so exhausted, would have walked out. Couldn't even use the shower it was so dirty. Happy to forward photos.
