Staff are super nice. Rooms are clean but a little outdated! Biggest complaint is the distribution center? next door- those trucks get to work around 4:30am. I put the fan on to drown out the noise.

Cleanliness is what I always look for and they are definitely clean. The sofa was older and lumpy. They flipped the cushion to hide a stain.

Some parts of the room could use some updating and you can tell a lot has been redone but a great value for the price. Very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was solid. Easy ride to the train station in New Haven. Would stay again!

Staff were very attentive and the property offered a great buffet breakfast. Nice lobby area and adequate room with plenty of room. Our only complaint was the nose. After having arrived late after a delayed flight, I hoped to sleep until 8:00, but repeated honking from trucks woke me up and kept me awake.

I suggested to staff that they had other shelf space available to place breakfast plates etc. in another location so that a person at the 4 kettle food area serving area was not blocking acess for persons not needig food from the kettle area i.e. just gettig cold cerial The next day the staff was still using my placement suggestion. If this is not clear, you can inquire to the front desk on duty on 1&2 July as to how this improved the somewhat blocked plate placement on a single set of shelving.!
