1ST FLOOR:
⭐An inviting entrance welcomes you into the main level of our Penthouse and creates a warm and regal feeling right away. There are two separate living areas that offer you plenty of space and one of two large balconies perfect for relaxing in the sun. As you enter the large foyer there is a full bathroom to the left that is shared by all guests. To the right is the first-floor guest bedroom featuring a king bed. There is also a full-size sleeper sofa located in the second den/living area. Enjoy the expansive kitchen with updated appliances and a large walk-in pantry that has everything you need to prepare delicious meals with your family. Then relax at the well-equipped wet bar where you can create your favorite cocktail and unwind with direct views of the Gulf. The bar features a beer fridge, a wine fridge, and a large under-counter ice maker and is also a great coffee bar and workstation during your stay. The TV is great with the ability to swivel from the living room and bar area on Game Day!

2ND FLOOR:
⭐Make your way upstairs to the spacious Master Suite that has its own private balcony, which offers an unbeatable view of the sugary white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax in the separate Master jacuzzi tub while enjoying the spectacular views of the Gulf and the setting sun. Complete with a double vanity and large walk-in Rainforest shower, a large walk-in closet, a King-size bed, and a flat-screen TV, the Master Suite gives you the luxurious space you deserve. The second level is also home to two additional Guest bedrooms - each beautifully and comfortably arranged, a spacious laundry room, a shared full Guest bathroom with his and her sinks, and an additional large walk-in Rainforest shower. The first Guest bedroom presents two Queen beds and a flat-screen TV. The second Guest bedroom features 2 sets of bunk beds with full on bottom and twin on top allowing 6 guests to sleep here and a flat-screen TV as well.

Majestic Sun offers guests a 3,200 square foot super-heated indoor/outdoor pool with waterfalls, 2 whirlpool Jacuzzis, and a fitness center; as well as 2,000 square feet of beachfront access, an 18-hole golf course, 8 tennis courts, a nature trail, freshwater lakes, beachside bar and grill, and so much more (Golfing and Beach service are at an additional fee). Beach access is located right in front of Majestic Sun. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach and lounge on the sugar-white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort and the nearby amenities are plentiful with numerous restaurants close by (including three you can walk to in minutes), multiple grocery stores, churches including the "Rock and Roll" church, ten golf courses within a 10-mile radius, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Wave Runner Rentals, Kayak rentals, and more!

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi and is considered an "open/public network." The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Two (2) parking passes are provided with your stay! These will be on the kitchen counter for you. You will receive a temporary parking pass at the guard gate upon arrival but please, replace this pass with the parking pass in the unit once you get settled. All motorized vehicles (including golf carts and motorcycles) must display a valid Seascape vehicle pass. Passes must include the unit number, arrival/departure dates, and vehicle license plate number. Please make sure your pass is filled out in its entirety to avoid receiving a ticket. The resort is very strict on this policy. If you need additional parking passes for your stay, please contact our office at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. There is a $15 fee for additional parking passes.

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Typically, you can find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas at our condo for your enjoyment. This is a leave one, take one setup, so we do not guarantee what will be available upon arrival. If you would rather rent beach chairs, that is also an option! More details will be provided in the House Manual that you will get after booking.

POOLS / HOT TUB
⭐ There is an indoor pool that is heated if the temperature falls below 80. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees. Pool hours are 8:00 am -10:00 pm daily year-round. There are no lifeguards at the pool, and your use of the pool is at your own risk. All pools have video surveillance, and pool users acknowledge they may be recorded. Follow all the rules posted in the pool area.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera. Seascape HOA contracts with a security service to provide security for Resort grounds and amenities.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property. Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

REFUNDS
⭐Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
