Our stay was pathetic. Rooms without Amenities, no birth towels yet we booked earlier. Breakfast not what we expected to be. The staff at the reception while checking out was not professional at all. In summary DaisyInn gave me and my family a bad experience from my first stay inside.

Overall, the unit was OK. But the bathroom has no body wash, only a mini bottle of shampoo and condition not enough for one people to use. Glad we both brought our 5 in 1. The hairdryer is not powerful. Room lock somewhat malfunction. We were worrying while asleep. Overall, it was only worth two stars.

Check-in was quick. Room wasn’t. Shower head broken - advised the reception he dismissed it. When we checked out the next day we told the receptionist that the shower head was broken and she rudely said we should have reported it - we said we told the overnight manager and he dismissed. Felt like the staff didn’t want to be interrupted with their phones. Wouldn’t recommend

This is my third visit and the last. The previous two times the treatment by the manager Sami was wonderful, but unfortunately he was not there and the treatment by the person who booked for me was very bad. He did not care about anything and booked me room 118. It was not comfortable and did not have a cupboard and it was small.

Unfortunately when we arrived to our room we noticed that our windows did not have screens nor were they locked. They were wide open when we arrived. The room was only on the second floor so it wouldn’t have been hard for someone to break into our room. That is a serious safety issue. Not worth my money, I will never stay at this hotel chain again.

If you’re looking for a clean room and not expensive place to stay. This might do. For our experience, the rooms are not sounds proofed. Could ear people walking/jumping/dropping their phone from our room. The beds are not the comfiest. Would we go again? Probably not.

It was convenient for me, but we couldn’t sleep, as there was lot of noises coming from the upper floor all night long. We called to report the issue, and they said that they would take care of it, but no action was taken. In addition to that the hallway carpet was filthy, and people were smoking outside the windows.
