The room was large and comfortable. The maid service was among the best I’ve experienced in a while. The towels were a bit rough. The pool is large, but only 1, uniform depth so I was not able to do my pool exercises, and the hot tub didn’t look sparkling clean. That was disappointing. The workout room was ideal!

Bed and pillows were super, super, super comfortable. Pool, hot tub and dry sauna were fabulous. However, no wash cloths were provided in the room. Only hand and bath towels were provided. For a 2-night stay with 3 guests, only two paper cups were provided with no tea bags. Granted, when I requested tea bags at the front desk, someone brought some up immediately, so excellent service on that front. The conditioner bottle in the shower was close to empty after first night stay so I figured it would be refilled by the housekeeping staff for our second night, but it was not. So overall 3 out of 5 rating.

The hotel and restaurant staff was excellent! The rooms are a little dated. The location is excellent and within walking distance to shopping and site sightseeing areas. The area around the hotel was not great with many homeless people around.

The beds felt as if they were waterbeds, and the bottle of soap in the shower came off the wall and was never fixed—housekeeping simply placed it in the bathtub. It seems there’s an effort to economize, as only one roll of toilet paper was provided for a room with three guests, which led me to contact the front desk to request more, and the same situation occurred on subsequent days. The parking fee is quite high, and considering the elevated room rates, it would be fair to lower it. The continental breakfast is also expensive. Overall, I would give a rating of 7. --- Les lits donnaient l’impression d’être des lits à eau, et le flacon de savon dans la douche s’est détaché du mur et n’a jamais été réparé—le personnel d’entretien l’a simplement placé dans la baignoire. Il semble y avoir une volonté d’économiser, car un seul rouleau de papier toilette a été fourni pour une chambre de trois personnes, ce qui m’a obligé à contacter la réception pour en demander un autre, et la même chose s’est produite les jours suivants. Le tarif du stationnement est assez élevé, et compte tenu des prix des chambres, il serait raisonnable de le réduire. Le petit-déjeuner continental est également coûteux. Dans l’ensemble, je donnerais une note de 7 Las camas se sentían como si fueran de agua , el jabón de botella en la regadera se despegó de la pared y nunca la arreglaron lo único que hizo la mucama fue ponerlo en la tina de baño, se ve que tratan de economizar pues solo pusieron un rollo
