Check in & out was quick and easy. Wonderful lady at the reception when we checked in. Staff is always nice. Breakfast was good and quick. We have stayed here before and plan to stay again in the future.

Upon checking in the girl at the front desk was a little less than friendly and seemed as though she was in a hurry and had better things to do. The bed in our room appeared clean unlike the bathroom, which it was very apparent had not been cleaned. We would have complained, but we had been driving for about 9 hours and it was late , so we cleaned it the best we could with what we had available and went to bed. Not much sleep due to noise all night. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay.

This hotel is one of the best if not the best in the area. The price is affordable, the staff is the best I have come in contact with. The hotel is clean and safe!! I would recommend the Comfort Inn to anybody!!

What you would expect for the middle of nowhere

My family and I were excited for this stay, but as our time in the hotel went on the excitement declined. The lobby and dining seemed clean, but our room was not. The basics seemed to have been wiped, but it definitely hasn’t been deep cleaned in quite a while. I do NOT recommend the pool at all. It was green and I regret getting in because it was the dirtiest pool I’ve ever swam in. Full of hair, dirt, and some bandaids; smelling like pee afterward. The staff were polite and the rooms were quiet, the rest was a no go.

Rough stay to say the least

Check-in day was fine. Their breakfast is simply ready to go items in packages or waffles that you make or microwaved scrambled eggs or sausage out of a bag. On the second night we came back to no hot water told the staff, they messed with the boiler and it still wasn’t fixed so that was a cold shower. We then decided to leave a day early and was told I would be charged $63 for leaving a day early. Never had clean towels in the room for the kids to use and the beds were not queen sized beds.

It looked like the property is getting ready to remodeling, updating, something. I would have given the property a 8, or 9, but the dead fly in the room is ok, the one in the refrigerator is not. The empty shampoo bottle would not so bad, but it was bone dry, I would have just mentioned to the staff, but there was no one around.

Decent for in a pinch

Hotel staff was friendly, helpful and sympathetic to the issues we had with the room. The room smelled musty. The hot water took about 20 min of running to get to our room. And the hot water valve on the sink had to be turned off so the sink didn't leak all night long. Didn't try the breakfast.
