There was mold in the bathroom. Everything was old and not very well maintained. I forgot my Samsung watch in the room. I called and they said they would mail it to me. That never happened.

Handicap friendly

A handicap accessible room that was truly accessible! Room to move around and large bathroom. Staff was friendly. We missed breakfast. Thought it might be late on a 3 day weekend, but shut the regular weekday time.

Great place for the price

The front desk person was very nice, efficient, and even let us check in an hour early. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was that the room had an overpowering flowery smell of some kind of room deodorizer that stuck around, even after we left the window open for several hours.

This hotel had a pool, which was our top priority since we were traveling with kids, so that was good. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of service- a little disappointing for us parents. Also, unfortunately, the room had several cleanliness issues- stains on one of the bedspreads, stains on the wall like liquid splatter on the wall, and other unsanitary looking stains on the bathroom door. I let the front desk person know so hopefully these issues will be addressed before the room is occupied again.

Our phone did not work, they could here us but we could not here them. Went to front desk to tell them, didnt seem concerned. Couldn't get shower working, tried the phone again, still did not work, had to get dressed and go back to lobby. They had no one to come and fix the shower, so gave me a key to another room which i appreciated. I could not get shower to work in new room, so must have been me. I rang from other room, phone worked here and said it must be me can someone come and show me, said would come straight away as there were 2 in reception. Waited 15 minutes, still did not come. Went and had breakfast, got shower working enough to have a quick boiling shower.

Housekeeping left garbages in halls, animal marks left for 2 days on the hall. Pillow case left out for 2 days yet my room was very well cleaned upon my arrival and staff was helpful when needed. Families outside have depleted and not been maintained.

The location was perfect. Only a couple down sides one was they used enough bleach water to clean the room our eyes burned for 24 hrs with the window open but we knew it was clean so that was an up side as well lol. The other witch isnt in the hotels control but two of the three morning there was dog poo in front of our door but the hotel did clean it up each day.

Great staff for check in and room accommodations when an issue came about. Comfortable bed with nice bedding. Shampoo and conditioner in shower which is helpful. More than two towels for the length of stay. Easy to find and park. Only down side is the black mold in the bathroom. On the ceiling, down the wall and in the corners around the tub. I addressed this during check out as a precautionary to the hotel staff; for safety reasons for themselves and future guests.
