The front desk person did not do job informing me of security deposit and when it will be returned or they turn of the gas for the water heater therefore it was cold water until later. Generally manager said that should have be explained to every guest and will talk to lazy person or fire them

I was only ever in contact with one staff member. She was awesome. The rooms were decently clean, but there were no shampoo conditioner. Everything was empty. There was a coffee pot in the room, but no coffee. The pool was nice and quiet. There was a fire during our stay alarms went off at three in the morning. They were barely audible. It was a bad experience we were outside for an hour. Nobody came to tell us what was going on we had to ask the fire department, if that would not have happened our stay would’ve been a lot better. Nobody even reached out to see how we felt or if everything was OK. I’m a little disappointed on that part of it. It is in a very nice location. And is convenient. We will most likely not stay again though.

I reserved a queen plus sofa bed room. I got a double no sofa. It had carpenter ants in the windowsill and bathroom too. I was not refunded the difference for the change in room size. Will not stay here again.

Maid service is terrible. Did not have made up rooms for check on. Finally got a ready room on 3rd try. Maid did not provide room service for a 2 night stay. Key card needed rebooting 2 additional times. Try another hotel.

At check in there were no keys. He said he would need to walk us to the room each time to get in. New keys were on order. Nice staff but this seemed very strange and inconvenient. When we went into bathroom, the room seemed not as clean as it could be and then the bathtub had this gross orange stuff all around it like they were trying to repair a broken tub or something happened to someone there. It was very gross. They offered a new room but we did not want that after talking about it. The room was no refundable. Hoping Expedia can reach them and we can at least get a credit. We ended up just not staying there.

Unhappy with the location. Manager lied a said Expedia cancelled my reservation and she charged me. When I talked to her minutes after talking to Expedia she said Expedia cancelled my reservation and my room was already rebooked. Which was a total lie. I am extremely disappointed. I'm working with quality in corporate, my credit card company and Expedia to resolve the issue. the manager is untrustworthy she say she have her conversation with Expedia recorded. I hope so because it will prove she is lying.

A disappointing stay.

We stayed 4 nights. We asked for housekeeping twice but never got any. The bathroom was so small I nearly felt claustrophobic. The wifi stunk! The folks in the breakfast area did a good job of keeping things stocked. The breakfast was good. I would not stay again.

The stay was fine. The location was a bit eery as it seemed to be secluded. Pool area was nice and motel was quiet overall. Rooms were pretty standard and nothing fancy, but worked for a night's stay.

Nice rooms.

Everyone working at the hotel was super nice and helpful. The rooms were clean. We were on the bottom level and it was super loud but that could have just been because of the room we were in. There's an equipment rental place next to us so all day it sounded like construction was going on.
