Pics of this place must be ancient

The very cool pics on this site are from years ago. The fire pit is broken and the pool isnt heated. The rooms smell like raunchy carpet. The bathroom was way too small and the toilet we had was so small it seemed like an elementary school kids toilet. One receptionist was good and the other was rude when checking out early bc the bathroom situation was so bad.

Hilton Hotels are synonymous with upgraded accommodations, so I thought. Here are my complaints for a pricey high end hotel: - No complimentary breakfast. Is that because I booked with Expedia instead of directly with Hilton Hotels? - Bath towels after one use were not replenished with fresh ones. We ended up not having enough proper towels the next day for showering. - Coffee pods were not replenished for next day. Had to request at front desk for more coffee pods. - water bottles for coffee were not replenished after first day. Had to go to gym and take two small bottles. - There was no Bathroom fan to dissipate the steam from hot shower. The staff was very pleasant and even brought a toothbrush to my friend who had forgotten hers at home, but 1-1/2 hours later when she was tucked into bed. Amenities seemed nice (gym with a Peloton bike, indoor pool, restaurant in hotel, lots of business conference and meeting rooms, lots of spaces to use computers, outdoor space in middle of hotel with two elongated propane fireplaces, and much more that we didn’t use. Just disappointed in cleaning staff not replenishing towels, coffee pods and water bottle for coffee water. Would have loved a complimentary breakfast even if it was simple like fruit and yogurt.

Our dinner at the hotel was not what we excpecte. My chesse mac and short ribs was delicious my husband had Prim rib and a bake potato was less then room temperature. He did inform the waitress after we paid the bill. The Prim Rib dinner was a great disappointment therefore we did not eat there again during iut stay.

The hotel is in a great location. The hotel itself is clean and updated, however the room we were given smelled extremely musty. I had a headache after a while. We tried turning the a/c on, but that didn’t help. For the $500 per night pricetag, we could have done better. Disappointed.
