Very professional and informative check in. Staff provided clear instructions on how to reach them anytime. Parking was easy and readily available on site. Very walkable and great restaurants very close. We did not eat at the onsite restaurant and regret after hearing raves and smelling wonderful things coming from the kitchen. Next time. Room was clean and well decorated. Carpets in hallways and stairs could use use some attention. A little loud early mornings with delivery trucks but we were located right near everything so expected. Only hiccup our room keys did not work initially but the staff quickly rectified and brought us working keys. Would stay again for more exploring for sure.

Unfortunately we didn't have good luck here. We had a room close to the office. The windows faced the street. It was so loud. You can also hear conversation in the next room clear as day. The room wasn't clean.We had two nights but couldn't even stay both nights. For the money it's not worth it. Wish we stayed anywhere else.

This place was a 12/10. A cute little inn right in downtown Mystic that was walkable to anything you could possibly need. The staff was great at both the inn and the attached restaurant, The Shipwright's Daughter. The building we stayed in did have musty smelling carpet in the hallways, uneven floors, and we had to climb the stairs to our room, none of which bothered us but could be a potential deal-breaker for some. We would definitely consider staying here again if we make it back up to Mystic. Whilst this review is for the inn itself, I can't say enough good things about Mystic. My husband and I loved everything about it.

I would like to be able to share photos of our view after I was guaranteed that our view would not be a parking lot which it was!! I don’t mind spending money for a good location and a view for two nights almost $900 pretty disappointing. The rooms were lovely and clean and central w/ close proximity the Mystic& Main Street

Location was great for really great access to this quaint town. Roll out of bed and cross the bascule bridge (or watch it open- fun for kids)!, tons of great restaurants within 2-3 minute walk. All of the water happenings are visible from the hotel. Breakfast at Sift, a 5 minute walk "must" for great breakfast/ unbelievable croissants! Seaport close by 5 min car ride. Nice high quality rocking chairs on porches. Great restaurant on facility. Down to earth not pretentious. Just a great spot with easy access to the town- great for little kids too! Don't do the chain motel thing, this is worth it!

There was a bit of a hiccup when we first checked in. No working A/C in the room we were originally were to stay in. The facility engineer stepped in and determined that another room was in order and we changed rooms and all was well for the rest of this stay...
