Excellent customer service. Front desk staff were warm and friendly. Very accommodating. I love love the room key wrist bracelets.

I’d like to see uniqueness of the pool but I did not like that it wasn’t heated and it stated it was

We loved the restaurant! Excellent food. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast sausage wasn’t so good. The other foods were good. The bed was really uncomfortable. The fabric on the was slippery. The pool and hot tub are beautiful. The beach is beautiful. The front desk staff, breakfast attendants , housekeeping and the server at the restaurant were all awesome. We would go back. Maybe they will have new mattresses and bedding in the future ?

Stayed for Mardi Gras parade, was able to park easy and we love the pool area/beach. The free breakfast is also delicious
