Excellent staff put our stay over the top. Especially Manny and Elias! We needed a number of accommodations and they were so kind and effective. The hotel is very nice and the location is a very convenient Midtown location.

This was the best place to stay, we wanted to be close to transportation, so right across from grand central station was optimal. We'd grab food and coffee, jump on the subway and zoom around the city, sightseeing!

The elevators were not working all the time. There were three elevators but only one was working at a time. Everything else was very good! I like the fact that they have water stations on every floor with empty bottles for people to fill them up. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The rooms were on the small side, but clean & modern. 27th floor outdoor patio, just inside free different types of coffee. W We were in a room with a kitchen and it was well equipped, with free bottled water just down the hall. Will stay there again on next trip to NYC (we were staying near Grand Central Station with a total of 4 rooms.

Great staff, great proximity to 5th Ave and subways…hotel is exceptional, clean, comfortable and inviting! Lounge and outdoor space had great coffee and views! We visit NYC often and we will be choosing the Club Quarters again. Thank you for a wonderful visit!
