Great location for our needs, right by a subway station, literally around the corner from Madison Square Garden (we were in town for a concert there) and easy access to all the other things we wanted to see, eat, visit. Staff were super friendly and checked in regularly to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Very quiet and safe (doors locked from 11pm onwards, need room key to access) Rooms are small but you don't spend much time in the room anyways. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean and updated. Would stay here again

The staff in this hotel are incredible! From the front desk to porters to the room servicing team, nothing too much trouble and always a cheery smile and hello, if IHG could replicate this formula from this hotel team they have a winner! People really genuinely focused on customer service that also seem to love their jobs!

Outstanding hotel. Had a five night stay just before Christmas We were welcomed with a drink of complimentary champagne. Staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Room had everything anyone should need and was exceptionally clean upon welcome and over the course of our stay, We were a two minute walk away from MSG, Times Square around 15 minutes walk away, there was a subway around the corner too for anything further out. Ideal location for anyone wanting to see the sights but be far enough away that it seems quiet. Will definitely be staying again when we head back over the pond!

Stay was good. Staff was great. Our only issue was other guests very loudly yelling at night keeping us awake. It was coming through the vent. Staff addressed concerns but guests never settled. Overall good stay and staff was very accommodating.

Its a great hotel. The staff is amazing, very sweet and helpful. They let us check in early, scheduled a car for the airport, and answered any and all questions. The bar/ restaurant was equally fantastic.
