awesome service downtown

Pros: location, décor, staff
Location: Close to 9/11 memorial. easy access to subway to get to other sightseeing. Great restaurants nearby
My husband and I spent the weekend in New York City. We stayed at the downtown Four Seasons and love the hotel. It was an easy location to get to and from, a bit away from the crowds, super comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff was also extremely helpful and gracious. We found Al at the front desk so pleasant to talk to and he provided some excellent suggestions for dinner the first night.
