Location was perfect! Walking distance to Times Square and Broadway. The hotel is tired and needs some updating. But the rooms were quiet and the AC worked well. The bathroom was very clean and shower was good; Towels were crunchy. We had a good stay overall. No problems with the elevators.

Jack Hammers start a 8am and continue all day. At least you don't have to worry about sleeping in or waiting for the wakeup call that never comes. If you are not out of your room by 10am forget about maid service. The so called secure elevators are not, literally anyone can access any floor
