Room and Location: The room was fine, and the location is excellent — very accessible and right in the theater district. However, here’s why you might want to reconsider staying here: Elevator Service: The elevators are a major issue. In the morning, we waited nearly 15 minutes just to get downstairs. We were on the 26th floor, and the hotel only has three elevators — one was out of service, and another was being used by housekeeping. That left just one elevator to serve over 400 rooms. Room Phone: The phone in our room didn’t work at all, which was inconvenient. Water Charge: Be careful with the bottled water. The sign says, “Enjoy your first two bottles of water free.” However, in small print it notes that this only applies to Diamond, Gold, and Silver members. We missed that detail and were charged $3 per bottle — a bit sneaky.

We went to go check in at 10 AM and they told us the room will be ready in a couple of hours but we were going to a festival so we wouldn’t be back till 10 PM when we got back at 10 PM. We went up to our room And from the hallway to the room was a huge temperature difference. The room was 85° so I turned it down all the way to 50 and we went back out for over two hours and when we came back to the room, it was the same temperature so we called the front desk And ask someone to come up and maybe take a look at it and the maintenance guy named Zenon took a look at it and told us that it’s gonna have to be like replaced and that we would have to get a new room so he calls the manager and the manager tells him that the hotel is completely booked and there’s no rooms available. The maintenance guy was trying to help us and try to get us a fan, but he said that it’s still gonna be 80° in the room because it has to be fixed so we went downstairs talk to the manager and Zenon helped explain as well and I quickly changed and somehow there was a new room available and Zenon went out of his way to go to the room with us and check to make sure that the AC was working. Out of all of the hotels we have been too Zenon is the best staff I have seen. This man either needs a raise or needs to become a manager because he was so so respectful and the only one helping us.
