Room and Location:
The room was fine, and the location is excellent — very accessible and right in the theater district.
However, here’s why you might want to reconsider staying here:
Elevator Service:
The elevators are a major issue. In the morning, we waited nearly 15 minutes just to get downstairs. We were on the 26th floor, and the hotel only has three elevators — one was out of service, and another was being used by housekeeping. That left just one elevator to serve over 400 rooms.
Room Phone:
The phone in our room didn’t work at all, which was inconvenient.
Water Charge:
Be careful with the bottled water. The sign says, “Enjoy your first two bottles of water free.” However, in small print it notes that this only applies to Diamond, Gold, and Silver members. We missed that detail and were charged $3 per bottle — a bit sneaky.
