Great hotel nice views.

Staff was really nice overall. Thank you to the bartender that was on staff around 4pm on the 22nd i don’t remember his name but he was really nice guy and help me with sending a birthday surprise to the room everything was exciting wonderfully. I would definitely stay here again.

Awful! Room was tiny. And it was over 550 per night. It felt like I was staying at a bus depot. I can’t believe how expensive it was. Dirty! And the housekeepers use the passenger elevators with all their gear so it took 10 min to get an elevator. I’ll never stay here again. Ick!!

Nice hotel. The worst are the mornings breakfast time. So many people waiting for one of two elevators. At one time it took us 40 minutes to be our turn to go up.

This was a great stay for my first time in NY super close to a lot of what i came there to see& our room had a beautiful view of the empire state building. I only rated it a 4/5 because the elevator system was kinda weird and we used a QR code in the room for room service that led to nothing but no biggie we got it squared away
