Excellent location. Wonderful staff - especially the doorman and housekeeping. Rooms are well appointed and somewhat larger (at least our double room was) than other Manhattan properties.

The staff was very friendly. Hotel is convenient to shopping but being a block from 5th makes a difference in the noise and crowd level. No large crowds or lines at the elevators. Walkable to so much! Highly recommend.

There is nothing remarkable about this hotel. The property itself is dated. It has been renovated, but it has zero charm. The staff was OK. Nobody stood out as kind or unkind. The location was great, but there are many many other options around the area so I will definitely not pick this one again.

Great spot

The hotel was great and a perfect location but the Tikki Bar needs some work. It could be SOOO great but need to remove the leather corporate chairs, add more tropical drinks to the menu (like mojitos), and not have last call so early.
