The Staff at the reception was very polite Specially the Girl at night duty during my stay there.She was very helpful. Location was superb. Breakfast was good. I was travelling Solo but I loved the location that next time in New York with my family would definitely stay here.

I loved it . I loved how it was on Times Square and everything was walkable. It’s a nice hotel and room but the room was a little too small. Not from the area.

I love the breakfast buffet and the snacks and tea/hot chocolate in the lobby every afternoon and evening. Clean room and hotel location is very convenient since it’s in the middle of everything. Few steps to time square and broadway theaters. Room is quite small so it’s ideal for solo travelers or couples but not for families.

Slow elevators. Room was dirty. The sheets and carpet were stained. There was no shower door, so there was water all over the bathroom floor after showering. The room had a portable AC with a duct through the window, so the window would not fully close. Great location and good breakfast.

There are so many excellent things about our stay. First, the staff was amazing, incredibly friendly and helpful. While the suite was small, it had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was delicious. (Sad that we missed it our first morning.) Location: Perfect!! Definitely will book here again.
