Worth the stay

The renovation was done well and the rooms are expansive and comfy. Kitchenette could have more dishes, plus soap and paper towels. Staff are welcoming and professional.

Fantastic in the heart of manhattan! The location was close to Central Park and walking distance to just about everything. It was also on the main bus route and close to Subway station. The room was absolutely immaculate, small but well appointed, in excellent condition. Only only two negatives, 1)the climate control for the room is extremely noisy when AC is running. 2) There was a divot in the bed where people slept. (Time for a new mattress cover). Front desk staff really helpful! I would stay there every chance I get.

In New York for 4 nights and the hotel provided everything we needed. The suite was a great size and offered more space than I was expecting. Having a living area with a sofa bed separate from the bedroom was exactly what we required and it worked perfectly for our family. The staff were great and dealt with everything quickly. Check in and out was very quick. Location provided us with easy access to everywhere in Manhattan, especially with Grand Central being so close. Next time we visit New York, we will immediately check if rooms are available at this hotel.

The best ever!

This was the best stay I’ve ever had in New York! The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful! It’s within walking distance to almost everything you could want from good food to good shopping and entertainment. This will be my go to hotel from now on.
