I love the location and connivence. Property is undergoing renovations currently and not as luxurious as I remember it was years ago, but it is clean and staff are wonderful!

We were so pleased with our stay at Benjamin Royal Sonesta. Customer service with a smile! The bed was extremely comfortable. We even got an unexpected upgraded room. Conveniently located near the subway. We will be back!

Some of the lobby is being renovated but they came up with a good workaround. The entrance is on Lexington temporarily, but doesn’t feel like a construction site. Very friendly staff!
