Great location . Walkable to restaurants but the restaurant in site is superb. It’s an older hotel so you can hear quite a bit of street noise . Rooms are clean , comfy bed, quirky classic decor.

Breakfast vouchers worked out well. Noise level outside our door was very high. I could hear everything happening outside my door and down the hall. No privacy with regards to noise coming out of or coming in to the room.

Was in walking distance to so much. Great location! Only suggestion is that they should provide ice buckets. Ice available at the bar but no ice buckets.

Lovely art deco styling, super-comfortable room, extremely well-located for 5th ave shopping, Times sq etc but super-quiet and also right near to subway to get everywhere, amazingly welcoming and helpful staff, cool cocktail bar and restaurant. What's not to love?!

Hotel was very clean. While not a modern hotel as it has been functioning for many years is is well looked after. The rooms were good if a bit small but after all we were not in New York to stay in the room! Public areas were good. Breakfast was fresh and simple and more than adequate. Very enjoyable stay and would return. We walked everywhere we could and explored 4th and 5th avenues, Central Park, Empire State Building all by foot.

I loved the location. Staff was friendly . Room was nice for the value, loved the robe . Breakfast at the cafe was ok. Coffee was good. I did not like how the elevator took so long at times . Construction was right outside my window , plus I could hear everything going on on the other sides of wall, so I didn't sleep well. Room was too dim. Needed better lighting inside. Shower is amazing so was AC..

Wonderful boutique hotel. The Tusk bar is absolutely beautiful. Staff were amazingly attentive and helpful. Super Location close to trains park restaurants in fifth Avenue. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

Nice quiet place to stay. Love the heated floors in the bathroom and water and clementines at the front desk. Clean and easy place to stay. Only inconvenience was one of the elevators was out of service several times during our 4 day stay, but we were not delayed too much with only one elevator operating.

Clean room, great location, very friendly and accommodating staff! Facility fee includes ‘free breakfast’ but not sure overnight oats and coffee and free water constitute $38/night. I asked for a quiet room and got one on the 10th floor. One elevator was broken all weekend which was annoying. Fixed by Monday. Overall good stay and would return.

Great service for Noah and the rest of the staff. Small but comfortable and clean room. Ideally located near Madison park and the flatiron district. The little cafe downstairs is perfect and the included coffee and pastry are way better than your usual hotel lobby coffee.

The staff are absolutely amazing. I think house keeping could use better cleaning equipment from corporate. They do a wonderful job for what they have. The robe was clean but stained and the towels also were clean but stained.
