Excellent, depuis une semaine c’ Le top. Nous descendons sûr Orlando, du coup on a réservé le même hôtel. Petit appart complet, petit déjeuner extra. Juste le bruit de la ventilation en permanence

The management team were very professional, and friendly. However, the hotel room was not very clean.

The room was dirt. The shower curtain was too short and it was hard to keep water from going out of shower on floor. The grounds were dirty. The main office and sitting area was cluttered, but the breakfast food was pretty good. Staff was nice.

The rooms were dirty, there were spots on towels and sheets you have to go to the office to get dishes for the kitchen. The breakfast was nasty some of the staff were rude and unprofessional there was no hot tub like they had advertised and the pool was not clean and barely open .The only thing I liked about it was the size of the room but will not be returning

THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.

I want to take the time and let the corporate office knownthat Crystal the properity manager is top notch. She went above and beyond every day to assist and make sure my stay was amazing. See its leadership skills like this that are a rare find. If i could convience here to swithch professions inwould hire herbin a heartbeat. So with that being said. Crystal if no body else acknowledges just how much you do for we the customers. I DO. Thank you

This is one of the worst hotel experiences ever. First, we did not get the room we booked and paid for. The receptionist that checked us in was too busy visiting with her friends than be helpful. So many things in the room were broken. The shower drain was clogged. The whole venue seemed unsafe.
