My experience here has been quite unpleasant due to the mandatory valet parking. We drove to the hotel as directed by the map, but the underground parking gate wouldn’t open because we had to wait for a valet to take the car. This arrangement seemed to give one of the valets an inflated sense of “authority “, he was very rude when I asked questions, then decided to let the car behind us enter first and simply left us waiting there. He clearly doesn’t think his job there is to provide good services.

I just didn’t like the fact I paid just a little under 400$ for a night and was told to park my car in an underground parking lot across the street and had to pay made no sense since the hotel had parking !
