The first floor hosts the internal apartment. The main bedroom has 1 king size new bed, a private bathroom and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 new individual beds, a chair and a large wardrobe.
The first floor of our penthouse hosts as well the modern marble kitchen with stainless steel appliances, hot and cold fresh water cooler and breakfast bar. Next to the kitchen is the dining area with table and seating for 6. Adjacent to the dining area, our living room houses comfortable and ample seating and a Led HDTV. Off the living room is another private balcony
My penthouse resides in the Paraiso Magico Condo only 2 blocks away from the pedestrian shopping and dining boulevard of 5th Avenue, and is only 4 blocks away from various beach clubs. DAC, a fresh fruit and veggie market is only 2 blocks away while the Mega, a large supermarket is right behind the building. The condo has a cleaning service, 24 hour security and a spacious ground floor parking.

The block has all the services that a guest could require. Behind the building there is the main supermarket in town (the MEGA) and many other grocery stores. The building is 5 min walking to the famous 5th avenue with restaurants, stores, shopping mall, bars and nightlife. While 10 min walking there is the ferry to Cozumel island and the city bus station (ADO) that connects very well to the area.
