This hotel is in a convenient location. It's close to Avenue 5 but on a quiet street. The rooms are nice, the beds are very comfortable. The roof top pool area is a pleasant place to spend evenings. The staff is very good. Gabriel and Jorge quickly and cheerfully resolved a reservation issue for me. I would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are clean , the staff is great . You are literally less than a minute walk to Quinta Avenida . The beach is about a 5min walk . It’s in the more quiet side of Quinta so don’t worry about any loud music and not being able to sleep . 38th street is not too far either .

The stay was good. They would come every day to change out the towels, make the bed and take out the trash. There was a learning curve on how to get the air conditioner to blow out cold air. Had to get maintenance to come clean out the shower drain, they came and took care of it right away. Great location between 5th and 10th avenue.

Room was clean and beds comfortable. But this is not a 5 star hotel, 2.5. No amenities. 3 pool chairs, no pool service as advertised, no bottled water. Our room didn’t have balcony chairs, but they brought up 2 from the dining room. Staff are super nice and were helpful. The location is great… close to the beach and 5th in this area isn’t too loud. Starbucks and lovely French pastry shop are steps away!

Ame Hotel was great for us! Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly and wanted to help in any way they could. The hotel was always clean. They have reasonably priced breakfast right in the hotel. The location was great for having access to a wide variety of activities - food, shopping, etc. It's directly between 10th Ave (main road for restaurants and businesses by car/bike) and 5th Ave (main walking area with miles of shopping and restaurants) Beautiful rooftop pool with areas to sit. Cons: No off street parking - you can pay to park on the street, or there is a lot that you can park in a couple of blocks east. Because of the location, it does not quiet down until late. It didn't bother us and we didn't lose any sleep, but there will be music late into the evening. Unfortunately we didn't use the spa this time around, but it looks wonderful. Just too many other things to do near Playa!

Great location and friendly staff. The location is excellent for the price, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool area is nice, though not particularly impressive. Our initial room had a musty/mildewy smell, but the staff were accommodating and helped us change to another room that was better. The hotel uses multiple Wi-Fi networks, which made staying connected a bit difficult depending on where you were. There’s no bottled water in the rooms; instead, you fill bottles from a large water cooler in the lobby. Overall, we had a good stay and would still recommend it for the location and value.
