Booked a double bed room, non-smoking, w/fridge for 2 nights, upon check in we were told that the type of room we reserved couldn't be accommodated because someone else needed the room the following night. Which made absolutely no sense to us, what does it matter to us who needs this type of room the following night. We're here, today, and we need it for 2 nights and we have a reservation ourselves. Our reservation should trump theirs if we're here first... no? Either way, they said no. They canceled our reservation right there and then and rebooked us for the same room but just for one night. Again, made no sense to us. So we took our double bed, non-smoking, w/fridge room and immediately logged onto the site and re-reserved the identical type room for the following day. In the morning instead of checking out we went into the office and said "hello, we're here for our second reservation and btw we're already in a room so no need to move us." And that worked. What an inconvenient pointless situation.
Also, all the pet areas completely covered in feces. We picked up our doggy's mess plus more to help leave a cleaner area for our dog to use again.
Lastly, outdated accommodations, poor drip-like water pressure in the shower.
