Please note, the "Service fees"/taxes listed in your reservations charges are charged by VRBO, not the owner. We DO book direct -you can find us using Icon Vallarta 2-2302, however we are unable to give links and information via the VRBO platform per VRBO policy. Please inquire about monthly rates. We truly hope to have you stay with us!

Fun Fact: I own a Full Service Travel Agency - need help with travel planning*, booking tour/excursion reservations*, purchasing travel insurance/trip protection?* I am a Travel Consultant (agent). Please inquire about trip/vacation planning services and insurance to cover your trip.

*PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT allow large PARTIES/EVENTS in the condo (bachelor parties, etc..), guests in excess to the original signed lease agreement, smokers or pets/animals. This is a NO SMOKING, PET/ANIMAL FREE home due to allergies. *If you are a smoker of any kind (including vaping, candles, incense, etc..) - please please do not book our condo. Your reservation will be cancelled immediately during your stay if there are reports or evidence of smoking in the unit.

We welcome couples, friends and families, remote workers, etc...
The MAX ADULTS is 4. Or 2 Adults and UP TO 3 SMALL KIDS (NOT TEENAGER/YOUNG ADULT SIZE) or 4 adults and a small child. Please message owner or contact me to book more than 4 guests to make sure the accommodations will fit your needs. We want your stay as comfortable as possible and want to accommodate your sleeping arrangements accordingly. Please make your reservations accordingly to prevent cancellation with no refund.****

Sleeping arrangements - there are only 3 beds (1 king and 2 fulls (not queens). There is NOT a sofa sleeper, futon or air mattress. Please make note of this. Sleeping arrangements are detailed below in the "Bedrooms" section.

Cancellation/ refund policy - please read the cancellation policy in the terms and conditions which may be different than the generic cancellation/ refund policy stated by VRBO. Please note - there are no refunds or pro-rated nights for early or unexpected departures during your stay. This includes, but is not limited Medical Emergencies. Weather (hurricane, earthquakes, etc). Delayed or cancelled flights, lost luggage. Life happens. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Please ask me for information on travel insurance or to obtain a quote to protect your vacation.

Electricity* - NO electricity is included for MONTHLY rentals, OR rentals 10 nights or more, OR long Summer rentals (June- September) meaning a reading is taken at your arrival and day of departure in order to charge for it). Electricity charges will be paid directly to the property manager upon departure.
Please inquire if you have questions or need estimates of electricity costs. It's not crazy expensive, it just encourages using electricity wisely (keeping doors and windows closed, etc); Don't let it be a deterrent for booking. I’m happy to clarify the electricity clause - text me and let’s chat. I haven’t had anyone change their mind over electricity. ;)

Living Room - 65 in flatscreen wall mounted smart tv (with NETFLIX using your own account, Blueray/Playstation 3 with games, comfortable sofa (this does NOT have a sleeper nor do we permit this to be used as a bed for extra guests) and oversized chair. Bose bluetooth speaker. Enjoy watching tv or just taking in the spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean

Bedrooms and Bathrooms - Master Bedroom features 1 king bed (sleeps 2), 2 bedside tables with lamps, built in closet and drawers, desk work space, flat screen tv, beautiful marina views, full size mirror. Master bath includes double sinks, large mirror, enclosed glass shower with tub, usb charging ports

Bedroom 2- features 2 full/double beds (sleeps 2-4), perfect for another couple (2 adults) or small children. NOTE: THESE ARE NOT QUEEN BEDS, BUT SMALLER. Bedside table with lamp, desk work space, flat screen tv, built in closet and drawers. Beautiful views of the marina. Bathroom has amazing rain shower large over sized mirror.

Stackable washer and drying located in the hall closet. (recommended you supply your own laundry detergent) Iron/small Ironing board.

Balcony - Large L shaped balcony that wraps around from the living room to the kitchen. Panoramic glass sliding doors that fully open allowing amazing views and fabulous cross breeze. 3 Chaise lounge chairs and a side table for relaxing, a set of 2 cushioned chairs with table. Plenty of open space for relaxing, yoga, etc.
