Felt It was quite disorganized compared to other places. At out arrival room wasn't ready. When we finally got the room it only had one bed, we booked two beds. On the third day we finally got our two bed room and seemed it was double booked as another family invaded. Bahia did offer a complementary massage for the inconvenience, however they did try to charge us for the massage at checkout. The whole experience in DR has left a bad taste, as a result we may not come back to the island or Bahia.

The restaurants were terrible. Service was so bad. we had to clean our own table, get our own cutlery, the staff has a bad attitude when you request something like a glass of water or another drink. Every lunch at the buffet by the beach they ran out of plates. 'The trunk' restaurant is so disorganized and sometimes the computer screens did not work. Not enough beach chairs. The only positive i would say is the entertainment staff.
