The staff and food were poor. The room service did not arrive, the service was slow, we got charged for things we did not have and were not able to resolve it, and our bags never got picked up upon arrival.

This resort was beautiful! I would say the only downfalls were that kids were kicked out of the bar with the pool tables at 10pm which made it difficult for our family since 3/4 of us were over 18. Also, the doors..... I'm not sure if it's the humidity or not, but the doors had to be slammed to close all the way, which was not great to hear before 6AM. We LOVED Cristofer from the entertainment crew, Eddy B. at the lobby bar, Chisley from security, and Hector when we checked in. There were more but I didn't get their names. But these guys made our trip more fun and we appreciate everything they do!

They need to do something about people hoarding pool lounge chairs for several days. Because of that, i was never able to sit pool side. I'd wake up for an early morning stroll and lounge chairs would have personal items on them at 630am!
