Room never got cleaned. Parking horrible. Building arrangement very strange

John, We appreciate the feedback!! We do offer room cleaning on the third day of your stay and then every other day after. Anything additional is always available upon request. My wife and I stayed for 2 nights during Sandpoint's winter festival. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the different restaurants, venues and bars. We really enjoyed it and the only thing I would say negatively is that the "hot tub" could be a bit warmer! Over all, we had a blast and the folks at Cedar St. were very helpful in making us comfortable.

From start to finish, the staff at this property provided the best care! Check-in was cheerfully provided by a very friendly and informative young lady, who provided maps to nearby restaurants and offered any help we might need. Yes, the property is older, but it is evident that the rooms have been updated beautifully. The bed was very comfy, and we appreciated the coffeemaker, frig, and microwave. We look forward to staying that this property again in the future!

Spent one night on the way to Canada. Room and bed was comfortable and clean. The hallways where a bit dark and dreary. A new paint job and updated lighting would do wonders.

This is an older property, but very clean. The beds are wonderful, like sleeping on a cloud. Staff is professional, helpful and courteous. Really nice place to stay and the restaurant is a bonus, great food. Definitely will be staying here again.
