Poor Breakfast Options

The breakfast selection was poor and not many options, we've stayed at this hotel over the last few decades, and the #1 item on the breakfast list is an egg omelet, no meat item to choose from, and free coffee was Folders....it was laughable!! Im sorry but I've had better at other hotels. I'll reminded myself not to book at Embassy Suites anytime soon.

Rooms had a musty smell. Weird set up with sink not in the bathroom. The couches in the little living room were dirty & had tons of animal hair. Need to vacuum couches or replace with non cloth couches

I liked that I could communicate with the staff via text and request for example an extra blanket. What I did not like was that I requested a replacement of the empty lotion bottle but the staff failed to replace the bottle. Overall the staff was very professional and attentive to our stay.
