Since thay removed the carpetry, it looka alot nicer and is easier to clean; it is very noisy. I was is a room fir handicapped people, but the hairdryer and the shower head were very high up and out of reach.

Serves as more of a community apartment complex than hotel/motel. Should not even be listed as a available for vacationers. Staff was very nice.

Thank you for your review and for staying with us. We do indeed offer our guests long term stays. Our hotel is based on however long our guests would like to stay, from one night on up. We have folks stay with us for a number of reasons such as travel, tourism, work, and temporary housing. We are happy to accomodate our guests for whatever their needs are.

Noisy

As soon as we walked in the libby reeked strongly of Pot. Service was good. Room was clean. Very noisy, the second floor above us , you could hear every footstep. Alot of stomping and running. And barking dogs. Was hard to fall asleep.

Thank you for staying with us. We do understand that the smell of cannabis is not a pleasant smell. If a guest is caught smoking anything in the building we do have a fine we apply to their stay. We also understand that the noise level can be frustrating, we are hoping to have the issue of no noise barriers fixed in the future. We hope you will give us another chance on one of your next visits to the area.

Noisy staff at 5 am

The room smelled like dirty laundry. The staff was talking loudly in the hallway at 5 am. It echoed through the hotel and woke us up. They were also smoking just outside the main entrance and smoke was drifting into the breakfast area. We left without eating.
