Felt comfortable and cozy in my room. Arrived exhausted from a long stretch of caring for my mum and needed to be all by myself to unwind and rest the night before her funeral. This lovely hotel and staff met the brief.

Rohan at the front desk checked me in with his professionalism and courtesy..a perfect gentleman and should be commended for his customer service..b reakfast was very well put together and we really enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby..the room was not ready when i arrived early for checkin...by a half hour..rohan and housekeeping had a room prepared immediately.i would highly recommend this location.. property is very clean

Most of the staff were friendly, however there was one that was not very courteous or helpful. This pertained mainly to one of your female shuttle drivers. She did not help getting in or out, I have some mobility issues at times, and she was not friendly at all. A little bit of customer service goes a long way. Also, one of the other female shuttle drivers, while very friendly, was continuously fiddling with the radio station while driving. and answered the phone while driving - not hands free phone call. This would be nice to address due to the safety of your guests and driver.
