Pool is too cold, hot tub not working. Has wet and dry sauna. Only has water in lobby for you to refill your bottle. Has coin laundry that cost $4 to wash and another $4 to dry. Parking is $15 a night. Have to tell them if you need house. Overall ok experience.

This was the most HORRIBLE hotel we've ever stayed at. It all started with parking. 1)We were told upon checking in - to park anywhere at the garage and use the card room key to get in via the door. We parked and when used the key to get to the hotel = there was a staircase and we had to carry our luggage on our back (2 suitcases and 2 bags) and go around the parking lot back to the hotel. They NEVER TOLD US - there is NO Access to the hotel - leave the luggage and come back here after parking. 2) upon entering the room and taking a shower, we learned that the bed is extremely uncomfortable and makes a horrible squeaking noise every time you seat, or turn around. the mattresses are hard and pillows were like a rocks. 3) the outlet next to our bed - was not working and we couldn't charge our phone, 4) there was a sign that their hot tub is out of service (right at the reception area)5) the noise that the airplane were making was unable to us to fall asleep. This is the most horrific experience with the hotel ever. NEVER AGAIN! in addition to: I spoke with the hotel manager: Sandjiva who listen to my concerns and stated: Nothing I can do - you will get no refund and hung up on us. Stay away from this place !!!!!!!!!!!!
