Pros: Free shuttle pick up from the airport, located about a 10 minute drive from the airport. That’s where it ends Cons: I booked breakfast as an addition as the website stated it started from 06:00, at the hotel I was told by the receptionist that it didn’t start until 07:00 at which time I I had to leave and was told I wouldn’t receive a refund unless I cancelled my entire booking which would have left me stranded in a strange country in the freezing cold winter. It was a wicked thing to suggest. They had a fridge where they sold food in the lobby, they didn’t even suggest I take food from there to take with me. I contacted Expedia who advised after going back and forth with them they would not provide a refund so Expedia gave me a credit to my account which while acceptable what I wanted was a hot breakfast at the hotel. Receptionist was terse and performed the bare minimal customer service, I needed help with my bags and was told to get a trolley and get it up on the lift myself. You know what they say, you get what you pay for Lastly I was provided with a number to call to the shuttle when I landed, I tried multiple times but could not get through just a dead tone. It was pure co incidence the driver was outside assisting other guests so I hopped it. When I arrived I was told the phones had been down for 2 days? So how the hell could people make contact? Logic would suggest that if they knew who was coming they have a sign with names and be actively looking
