Not a cheap place to stay. Breakfast not included (read the fine print) and was very expensive. Front desk was not cooled very well I think air conditioning was over worked. As an ING member we waited longer in the ING member only line than non member line.

All is good, food and drinks were tasty, pricey, but very good. The room is very clean, but there is a chair in the corner that used to have a leather seat. It is all ripped and shredded like an old piece of furniture. I don't want to sit in that when paying $200+ for a night. It just looks dirty even through it probably isn't.

The staff were very attentive, and the room was always clean. Although the shuttle drivers were somewhat rude at times, our last driver on our final day was quite pleasant. I would definitely consider staying at this Holiday Inn again in the future.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend This was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. For the price, I could’ve stayed somewhere much nicer. The hotel is quite outdated, and the cleanliness was below standard. The floors felt dirty underfoot, there was visible dust, and I found mould in the shower of my bathroom. There’s no room service, which I was okay with since I ended up eating at their on-site restaurant—which was actually quite nice. However, the shuttle service was frustrating. It only runs every 30 minutes, and when I needed to get to the airport in the morning, the shuttle that arrived was full. I was told I’d have to wait another 30 minutes, so I ended up paying for a $20 taxi instead. The noise levels were also terrible. At 3 a.m., there were loud, drunk guests outside my door, and I couldn’t sleep. I had to call the front desk to intervene. To their credit, the staff were friendly and did respond, but the overall experience was still very unpleasant. I don’t understand how this hotel is getting perfect 10/10 reviews—my experience was far from excellent. I would not recommend staying here.
