Love this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I'm in Toronto. The staff is genuinely warm and friendly, every person I encountered was really really nice. Great location right near shopping, museums, transportation. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Overall, the hotel was very nice and conveniently located within walking distance of sights and food. Front desk personnel were friendly and attentive. Valet was personable and helpful with local information and recommendations. Room was very comfortable and clean. Work out room was spacious and well stocked with equipment, towels and water.
