The hotel itself is overall good. Staff is knowledgeable, providing excellent services. The location of the hotel is also ideal as it is just a short walk from the local attractions. The nearby maybe a bit concerning particularly if you plan to walk at night, you just need to cautious.

We were there a scant 24 hours prior to boarding a ship. Staff was incredibly helpful. Room was beautiful with great view of Vancouver. Taxis readily available right outside hotel. When we come back, we’ll stay here again.

Carpet was damp when we first got to the room and as it dried out by the 2nd night the room stunk like wet dog. House keeping didn't clean our room the 2nd day and going by the rest of the rooms on the floor hadn't been serviced.
