Looking for a comfortable home base while exploring Vancouver? You’ve found it. This cozy and bright home located in one of Vancouver's most desirable neighborhoods. Just a 5 minute drive from downtown—close enough to the action, but far enough to relax after a long day.

Perfect for families, work trips, or a group getaway, the space is warm, welcoming, and set up with everything you need: a full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, laundry, and 2 free parking spots (a rare find in the city!).

The Space:
Our half-duplex home features 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and 1 full bathroom.

- The attic bedrooms can get warm in summer. AC units and fans are provided—please turn them on for comfort and airflow.

- There are two flights of stairs within the apartment - one to access the main upper level, one to access the 2 bedrooms on the attic level.

- The house is situated on a so there's traffic noise.

- The house has only 1 full bathroom.

Clean, spacious, centrally located Mount Pleasant location. Close to shops, transit, and most attractions. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was well appointed, and the place was well equipped with all amenities necessary for a successful stay.We'd easily rent from Kelly-Hien next time we're back in Vancouver.

Cozy (once the heat was turned on) and plenty of beds for sleeping. We had a group of five adults and were able to have plenty of room. There's a long flight of stairs up and a even tighter staircase to the top floor. The tub and shower were really nice. Coffee pods, tea and sugar were appreciated. Good value for money.
