old building and room. Poorly maintained. Very smelly. Extremely slippery bath tub. Doesn't have parking for every room, let alone free parking. Less supportive reception. Extra room heater was needed. Unhealthy stay.

It's an older, run down hotel. Very full of character. If you want the Hilton, I suggest the Hilton. We like character hotels with a bit of history and this definitely had it. Easy underground parking for $25, loads of restaurants in walking distance.

The hotel, hallways and room were very old and musty but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was friendly. The underground parkade is very steep and narrow to get into.

Very nice gentleman at front desk with kind greetings. Managed to get ocean view room. It’s all older but clean and convenient and affordable for beachfront downtown Vancouver. Mediterranean restaurant on main floor. Lots of food options within one block walking.
