"Nice clean rooms! You have to be patient waiting for elevators and the parking garage fills which is frustrating. Our room was on the 25th floor, but you had to go to the 26th and then use stairs which was tricky with luggage, but the rooms felt clean."

"Our stay was outstanding, and we will definitely be returning. The onsite restaurants were fantastic, with great food and service, and the beach access felt almost private. The beach was clean, safe, and never overcrowded, making it a perfect place to relax. The service truly exceeded our expectations. On our first night, I woke up with my back hurting and asked if there were any rooms with a different type of mattress. Instead of simply saying no, they asked us to call when we were heading out for the day. While we were gone, they actually replaced the mattress in our room. That level of customer service is rare and made a huge impression on us. Our room was on the 17th floor with an incredible ocean view. The only minor downside was that the neighboring property’s mechanical equipment ran continuously and was fairly loud 24/7. It would have been nice to hear the sound of the waves instead. Fortunately, this was the only negative during an otherwise exceptional stay. Overall, this is a beautiful resort with outstanding service, excellent dining, and a wonderful beach. We can’t wait to come back."

"We ate at Surfside by the pool often and enjoyed it! Staff was amazing. I stopped at the front desk at least 4 times, 3 out of the 4, staff was less than helpful or friendly. I know they were busy, but they were short and did not have time for me. Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay. Also, they need more elevators and stars that exit into the building. We were on the 5th floor and I would have walked up and down the stars if they emptied into the building instead of the back side of the hotel."
