Excellent stay! Rooms are very clean and the staff were all very friendly. The breakfast buffet is very good and Joshua brought a good vibe to the atmosphere. Will definitely stay again.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean when we arrived. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Our only complaint was that housekeeping doesn’t empty the trash or provide clean towels unless you request it.

Great for a short stay

The hotel could use some updates in decore and carpeting, and the mattress wasn't the most comfortable ive ever slept on, but the room was clean and the water pressure was great. The staff was polite and helpful and the complimentary breakfast has more options than most hotels. The pool and the restaurant seem to be permanently closed.

1. Outdoor lighting!!!! It’s dark as hell out there. There are lamp posts but they’re not lit. I’m really glad my 93 year old mom decided not to go out with us to dinner. I stumbled twice. Didn’t see where the sidewalk ends. 2. The desk person was very nice and made sure to give us a comfortable room. But we had mentioned Mom without saying how old she is but said that she wanted first floor. We ended up getting a room on the second floor (fine) but the very furthest from the elevator that you could possibly be! Mom has a cane, again, 93. 3. Also toilet seat loose. I tried to tighten it underneath but the wing nut hits the toilet itself. Poor design, but a maintenance person should have realized this upon installation and could have cut the plastic but down. I’ve worked at Holiday Inn, The Hyannis Sheraton, Hyannis Regency and The Tara. So yeah, I do know a little about hotels.
