I booked my reservation weeks in advance, they charged my credit card, I get to the hotel on July 4th only to find the front desk guy claimed he didn't have my reservation, even though I showed him the reservation number and the charge to my credit card. They simply gave my room away to someone else and my family of 5 had to sleep in our car. Every other hotel in the area was booked due to the holiday. Terrible customer service!

It was better than sleeping in the car

There was only 1 available electrical outlet in the entire room. That outlet had a 6 port adaptor which I don’t think is even code for commercial use. Laminate floors instead of carpet, so everything echoed and was loud. No one I dealt with spoke very good English. The room probably hasn’t been updated in 15+ years. Really the only positive I have is it was clean. Definitely not worth what I paid (charged me an extra $7 for some service fee). Next time I’ll pay a little more and go elsewhere.

Staff was very nice and accommodating but our room had a strong smell of mildew or mold even though it was clean. We only stayed only one night so it wasn't a big deal but definitely would've changed rooms if we were there longer.

Door handle to bathroom was loose. The door itself didn’t close fully to the bathroom. It was also hot in there and we turned the air on, and it did nothing.

Just okay

This was an average hotel. Not worth $150 a night but it is expensive to stay at the Dells. Carpet felt wet in areas of the room and there was some sort of smell that we couldn't decide what it was but got used to it eventually and didn't bother us.

The pool area was disgusting, our room was decent. But the hallways had a terrible smell to it. Sides door were unlocked didn’t need a key so didn’t feel safe with my two kids.
