The property was very well-maintained and the staff was very friendly and attentive. There were plenty of dining options and I felt the food was above average. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment as well. Lastly, the beach was probably the nicest of all the Caribbean properties I’ve visited.

I love Catalonia Royal Tulum this is our second trip to this resort. They have everything you want 24/7. They cater to your needs and make you feel welcome. We will be returning to Catalonia again in a year or 2.

Will never stay here again, there’s Wild life everywhere the food is disgusting very bland and flavorless the staff at the restaurants are rude and the rooms were not cleaned we had to change rooms upon check in and they over charge for the lack of amenities even though it’s all inclusive only bottom shelf liquor is included you have to pay more for better alcohol which was not advised upon booking

Great Stay – Amazing Staff! Had a fantastic time at this hotel. The buffet staff, beach drink service, and à la carte restaurants were all excellent – friendly, fast, and professional.
