The room was clean and the staff was friendly. But the room was dimly let and needed some repairs. There was no USB ports to charge the phone, computer, etc. They did have WIFI.

Four Points By Sheraton French Quarter
The hotel is right on Bourbon street which is crowded and noisy, but that is expected. Location and walkability were great, service was good, I think a limited continental breakfast and coffee in the lobby would have been a good addition (for us busy travelers )

The room was clean and comfortable. Bianca was incredibly helpful during our stay. The only downside was the water temperature ran a little cold and if you want daily turndown service you likely have to request it.
